Je n'habite plus en france. résilier mon contrat

I have made repeated attempts to resiliate. Nobody has contacted me for weeks. My first request 26th Dec 2022. I do not live in France. I have cancelled the prelevement. I can never get through on the telephone. Contact me as soon as possible. E-mail preferred. No need to call to be honest. I don't speak French! I'm British.
